Rihanna’s Weight Loss and Diet


She works with her trainer on strength training and runs the treadmill three times a week. Rihanna has replaced skipping meals with frequent small meals and snacks every 4 hours. She’ll have pineapple and lemon water for breakfast, soup for lunch, snack of egg whites, and chicken for dinner. Her hard work is obviously paying off. Recently she dropped a size and looks fabulous!
